How to Qualify for a Return
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:

✔️ Tags & Packaging – All original packaging and tags must be intact.
✔️ Proof of Purchase – A receipt or order confirmation is required.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@resolvaa.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

Exchanges Made Simple
Want to swap for a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for your desired item.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
